https://youtu.be/6bi2XvD0eXw he's not even 30. this would be $300k in bay area?
But what’s the growth like in 10 yrs ?
He works 80 hours a week and his income potential is near maxed out. Pretty solid though
BART workers (even janitors) can make this with overtime.
Feeling lucky I make more without having to climb up poles and work outdoors.
This is a dream hob for many people that actually want to stay active.
It’s all about balance. Also, hard to believe this guy will be able to be working when he’s 55
So, he deserves it. What’s your point?
He will miss out on 10 years of earning potential, that’s if he doesn’t get hurt before then.
This guy deserves it. 6x12+ hr days/week, weekends, holidays, physical work, probably feels beat up constantly. Probably bad back/shoulder/knee by 35. Tbh TC should be more.
If he deserved more the market would pay it.
Know a guy making $300k as a lineman living in Capitola, CA which is a beautiful beach town. Long overtime hours though.
