Here are the offers I've received this year as a mechanical engineer. I received Archer first and turned it down but I included it in the list to see the opinion of others. YOE: 5.5
Boeing without a doubt. I had no idea we paid that much for L3 in SC. Is this a Systems Engineering role? Or Flight Engineering?
Can tell more about Archer’s offer? RSU is 5k/year?

How bad is it in meta?
Choose Boeing. Charleston offers a MCOL and Boeing opportunities to move around. My daughter has a BS ME and MS AE and she only earns $110K as a flight test engineer with 5 YOE.
To be honest I've already chosen Boeing in my head. I'm just pretty nervous about Charleston because I'm a big city guy. 110k was what they originally offered me but I negotiated well and also my experience is pretty solid. Did your daughter negotiate?
