Avanade worst experience
Went in with two rounds of Technical interviews with Avanade and got verbal and email written offer from technical recruiter. They just ghosted me late for no reason given. I tried following up for a month and no replies at all . Giving the benefit of doubt reached out to main HR Lora who discussed the hiring process but she decided to ghost me as well. It was so frustrating as I had to give up some other interviews lined up at the same time for this company and they could not just act maturely. I gave up after 1.5 month of following when the initial technical recruiter blocked my number ๐ What are we teenagers!? I'm still mad about it but cannot do anything besides sharing my experience
I got an offer, then an offer rescinded because I wouldnโt drive 3 hours one way each day at my own expense
Always keep applying until day1. You should rely since avanade is consulting you wont have any project until you join and search and make yourself Billable
I applied to them. Don't even get an interview. Lol. Maybe i.dodged a bullet?
