empower ret is the worst

I recently changed job, and the new employer is using empower for 401k. I must say it sucks, super slow, not intuitive to use, need google how to use for every thing and not many investing options. I have used fidelity and vanguard, I think the most user friendly one is fidelity. Vanguard is ok, but empower is not usable.
