Anybody have experience with this? I recently moved to a new city. Although my old therapist had offered remote sessions before i settle in, her actions didn’t match with her words. She became impatient, tapped her fingers on the desk while I talked, and skipped the routine of closing up. I was really bothered by this. Can’t-get-out-of-my-bed depressed in the last few days. The session is causing me more pain and I’d rather end it for good. How do you communicate with your therapist about this?
You can tell her due to your new location and job timing is not working. I dont think you have to explain yourself but if you do, them do tell her that having the sessions are making you more anxious and is not helping
Ask to schedule sessions as-needed. Find a better therapist.

Why no one cares about the lives lost in Gaza, Israel and busy in their own lives?
Since you moved to a new location I suggest you try to find a new long term therapist. Some therapists and patients simply can’t form a therapy bond remotely.
