Senior Data Analyst Referral needed

Joined carvana this year as a Senior DA and the whole experience has been a disaster. Firstly my equity was given as of the 10 day trailing period before the offer was made (which was 236 dollars) instead of when I actually joined (price then was 130 ish dollars). Now the stock is worth a princely 30 dollars a share. Aside from that , it looks like the analysts were passed on for promotion prior to my hire which makes it harder for me. Also had to relocate to Phoenix which I am starting to hate. While I was spared from the current round of layoff, I want out.
