I got an offer to contract for #asml as a software dev and was wondering if any one knew the conversion rate of contractors to full hire?

Depending on YOE. For a new grad, that's very high at ASML unless you have a PhD
Contract terms usually specified at the time of hiring, at least that’s what we do in our dept
We even have someone who was full-time, left for labor, and came back as a contractor. Our GL told her she will be converted to full-time in Q2, but then changed to Q3, and now they don't know. But what's funny is that we just hired two other full-time people.

85/hr
85 is really good! That's about 170k
