I'm truly sympathetic to all who've been laid off at Exabeam, especially knowing these decisions were swayed by executive biases. Wishing all the best to those impacted. I'm wondering, for those who've left Exabeam, have you managed to secure new roles? And did Exabeam extend any support or assistance in finding your next opportunity? Just curious if there was any semblance of support to help you transition smoothly.
Outside of providing comp packages, what kind of assistance a company should provide after layoffs? Having Exabeam on your resume goes a long way in the security space.
Everyone deserved a respectful exit. When you realize that none of the employees that came with executives from, Aruba, Palo Alto, and Bluevine got laid off, it speaks of culture.
You do not want to get laid off? Exabeam is the place. Do you want to get an employee of the month award? Exabeam is place Do you want the fastest promotion even if you do not deserve? Exabeam is the place Condition is you need to be in HR and you need be from Bluevine. VP, Senior Managers in HR as well as TA were let go in no time. A senior person in TA was laid off, hear from that person that she was told that "Although she has not thanked the executive on social media after laying her off, they are making an exception to give her severance" They are bunch of jokers!!!! Stay away from Exabeam, if you are not from Bluevine, Aruba or Palo Alto. Check out on Linkedin, how many people have returned to Exabeam. They made a false claim about RSU value, while hiring. Their RSU value is as good as nothing. There are quite a few talented people in Sales, Marketing, Engineering, Accounts and most of them are looking out. Unfortunately this is sinking ship and good company going in drain because of immature incompetent leadership and toxic HR culture.
Your take on Exabeam paints quite the picture. It's like a special club for those from select circles!
Assistance ? What kind of assistance do you expect ? In my case, they did not even respected the law !
Are they going public anytime soon?
I think acquisition way before an IPO possibility
I am seeing 1 x Yes. I am not part of the RIF, but it's surprising to see that Exabeam is actually providing help! Why didn't the other 11 folks receive any assistance? As this is not a performance-based layoff, the help should be the same across the board!
