Did you know Indians have a racial slur towards white peoples they use all the time?
How’s Southwest Airlines for a new graduate software engineer? How’s the onboarding or work culture with team? I was curious about the work life balance. Is the work for software primarily remote. Any shared experiences are welcome. #southwestairlines #officelife #workplace #culture
You can ask the recruiter
Pretty chill, you’ll learn standard practices of being a SWE. Company culture is fantastic. You can be fully remote pretty much and live anywhere in the US. They won’t hesitate to fly you into Dallas for events. TC is ok if you are not in a HCOL. Flight benefits are also awesome. It’s a good place to work for and I would recommend it to others.
Not on the SWE side in Southwest, but Southwest is a great company with amazing benefits. Culture is also fantastic as that’s what they’re known for. A cool thing about Southwest is they like to promote internally and open jobs internally before external. So you’ll have the opportunity to grow.
What an obscure question lol
Lol ikr… How do you peel a banana? What is the limit of infinity? Have you ever touched water? Why does my dad not love me?
