I looped in the ds interview last year before holiday. The recruiter replied slowly and my email always went into junk mail box, wired. Now, they don’t reply to me after 2 weeks and they keep posting same job on LinkedIn. Anyone could explain it? Am I ghosted? YoE: 2
F5 recruiting is overwhelmed right now. I’m a hiring manager in a different org, and have to do all the sourcing, scheduling, and interviewing myself.
Sorry to hear about your experience. I have heard this from several people I recommended to F5. Interview went well and recruiter even called to say she did good and that we are waiting for final review. After that no emails no response and they even blocked her emails. And then I saw the position filled internally. No courtesy to atleast go back to the candidate and apologize or atleast let them know the end result. Every candidate invests certain amount of time and effort to interview with a company.
Three weeks after the last interview. I give up the opportunity even recruiter said interviewer spoke highly of me. Not willing to join a company which is not responsive and no courtesy.
Unsure but you maybe depends how you’re phrasing things with the recruiter. Email them and ask “is this opportunity dead?” And see if they respond. If it’s not they should respond quickly. F5 hiring is super slow though. It’s a lot of hurry up and wait.
