Is Lucid giving out such huge bonuses to execs for their car unveiling?! What a shit show is this?? It’s not even making profits yet! Lucid employees - are you getting any piece of this for your hard-work? How’s the bonus structure at Lucid? Please raise this issue internally during performance reviews. Currently in initial interview stages at Lucid. Going to ask for huge sign on bonus if offer comes through else would just walk away from this shit company. How much total comp can I expect for Sr. Engineer? Tc - 200k

Zero. Engineers below level 8 get no annual bonus either. Eric approved 10% raise to most of his engineers, but that is mainly to make their salaries competitive. This company is a joke. Sherry got millions in bonus, stocks and a free car then got fired.

That’s really unfortunate!! Sorry to hear that. Please bring this up during performance reviews. If you are not on visa, just threaten to quit. A couple of talent threatening to quit due to this reason would really shake the management and HR. My blood boils listening to this shit.
