Overall decent company to work for but your experience will depend on team and manager. There are some very good ones, but most are very content with mediocrity. They have been slow change their stance on permanent WFH and very slow to increase pay, so tech people have been leaving in droves. It's a good stepping stone into the finance industry if that's what you want. Levels.fyi has some reference points for pay that look accurate to me.
