can someone give some insights into the Luminar. Work culture, company, Pay structure, etc. TC: $300 #automotive #lidar
Their product is crap and they are super hard to deal with from a customer point of view. They may treat their employees better on the inside, Somebody from Luminar would have to comment on that.

Sensor technology is cutting edge. SW team culture and moral is very high. Current work situation is stable and productive. Not much impact during corona. Love the vibe here. Volvo deal adds long term perspective. Can only recommend if you like startup culture.
Just saw the news they are going public at $3.4 billion - wow.
They are going public via SPAC merger. Dont know how much the shares will be diluted.
