Oportun salary expectation, Manager - Risk Analytics
I’m currently interviewing for the manager of risk management position from Oportun. Any insights on what should I expect for the salary range? TC: 140 K YOE: 5Yrs
How’s the interview process ?
Pretty chill. The whole team seems really nice to me.
Depends on location, but theoretically 125-150k base, 15% bonus, 10% RSUs that vest over 4 years with a 1 year cliff. One promotion would get you to 150-175k base and 20% bonus
