Nextdoor is not in a good place at this moment. I will be more concerned with the stability. With that TC, you will be high on the cut list

I would stay at Apple. Even 2x TC isn’t enough to justify leaving in this job market, especially when you may not be able to get back to FAANG from Nextdoor. Plus, Nextdoor is a luxury in a market that is overcrowded, while Apple is top of its class and isn’t going to be toppled anytime soon. Best of luck! TC: 105K
With market cap of 955m. This seems crazy, you will own a lot and dilute existing employees. If that's what the company is doing, expect your tc to keep going low if they add crazy amount of shares for future hires.
