Missed the Transamerica LTC enrollment deadline

As the title mentions, I need to enroll in some LTC plan before the deadline to file for WA LTC exemption. I checked with bankers life but it seems they stopped taking any further applications. Are there any insurance providers that are still enrolling in the LTC plan ?
