Have an upcoming TripActions onsite interview next week for Software Engineer. It has DS/Algorithm with troubleshooting and code design rounds. Can someone help on what are the expectations around these rounds? For DS/Algo - Is it LC Medium/Hard? For Code Design - Is it normal OO Design? Any help would be great TC: 0 (Laid Off) #tech #interview #software #tripactions
I would say medium but still on simpler side
It was a topology sort question and another one was how will you design but not like very difficult no numbers game just create boxes and explain Finally manager round was like what can we do to hire you
Don’t come here, find something else. Please.
LC medium or low. Some engineers don't pass those themselves nothing to worry about. It's a normal OOP design. It's understood to be desperate when you are laid off however find a job somewhere else if you don't want another layoff or have immigration support needs. Best of luck.
Is it bad there? The benefits sound awesome.
I like it quite a bit, opinions are quite polarizing though. Definitely don't expect a chill 9-5 role but if you're willing to put in the effort, it's quite rewarding
That’s a lie they are still relaying? We they DO NOT give you money to travel, not before you have completed 3 years in here. I was fed the same lie, when I joined. Then they were like: oooppss.. too many employees now, can’t have that perk anymore. 😠Call out the recruiter/ hiring manager on this.
They did an interview for me. I nailed the first round. They immediately scheduled virtual onsite. Looks like everything has changed by then. It was more like just to get that checked. The interviewers were changed in the last minute. Two of them ended in 15 mins and mentioned at the beginning of the interview that they want to give me my time back. Finally didn't even respond
