Why Worshipping Lord Ram Important in Hinduism?
Asking for a friend who recently received a job offer from Western Digital. It’s a supply chain role. Total compensation is $110K. The recruiter mentioned there will be RSU up to 12% of the total compensation value, but it is not written in the offer letter. Is this a normal thing at Western Digital? How does the work at WD? #rsu #offer #compensation
What's the title mentioned in his offer letter? It looks like he hired as staff engineer or equivalent grade but TC is very low if he is hired as staff engineer
It should be written clearly.
I’m Principal (really Senior, it doesn’t mean the same as other places) Engineer. I never got and there’s never any indication that I ever will get RSUs. Is that something you have to negotiate for or only open to the most senior roles? TC: 147k
How come you not getting considered for LTI? It is usual to get at that level om engineering
Get it in writing, or there is no guarantee.
One negotiates initial RSU grant. If not in offer, it'll may first be given a year down the road.
Why would some one move from AMazon to WD. WD pay is 30-40% lower unless you are moving to a higher level
Exactly. You’d have to be in the absolute worst working situation imaginable to voluntarily leave Amazon for WD
Might be PIP
Yes some companies don’t write in offer letter but do confirm in the email
Why would any company not mention in the offer if they actually offer?
