Test Automation Engineer - Need Referrals / Guidance

I have a friend looking for referrals in the test automation / QA engineer world that has 5-6 total YOE (3 years experience working with Selenium (C#) in a high scale web hosted insurance company product and in the healthcare industry before that for 2-3 years). Some AWS, React, RabbitMQ, Camunda BPM, BrowserStack experience as well. She has a lot of drive and a great attention to detail and am curious how to guide her on taking the next step. She's had some companies reach out over the years and recently a Microsoft sourcer reached out asking her about a SDE3 in Test role and am curious what the interviews are like. Does anyone else have good target companies for such a background? Referrals? I personally am TC 300k, YOE 10+
