What does anyone know about this place? Is the product viable, seems like a service hard to scale. Thoughts?
Not a scalable business model. Also their comp sucks. They offered me a director level role a while back that was a joke - less than L5 IC comp at Amazon (I am an L7 currently). I am loathe to imagine what my career would look like if I had taken that craptastic offer.
