Not at the company anymore but plenty are leaving. Coasters and lifers everywhere. Some teams that actually do meaningful work, but most are coasting. Imo if you want to be on a more productive team your best chances are in retail or CTO but I may be wrong

It’s very team dependent over there. Some of my friends over there were in some toxic, coasting teams that didn’t do much from what I’ve heard, but there are good ones that get recognition
