feedback on northwestern mutual wealth management
myself, and a few other enployees at my company were reached out to, by folks at Northwestern Mutual. its a wealth management and tax planning company and of course they are looking for clients. i am wondering if people have any experience with them. we will do our due diligence of course, but any review will help
Depends on team/adviser. There are some excellent advisors at NM. New reps have restrictions on what they might offer.
Lol, it’s an insurance firm focused on schlepping overpriced whole life insurance and take 50% commissions off your single premium policy. They are insurance agents masquerading as FA’s and will use high pressure sales tactics to push trash products with fabricated hypotheticals. Almost criminal candidly. And new reps won’t even make it to full FA until they bamboozled a bunch of unsuspecting pikers to put food on their table. Tier 3 wealth manager.
