Quitting this Slave life
i am wfh for last 2 weeks. I have suddenly developed severe anxiety. I dont know how to come out of it. I tried meditation and other breathing techniques. Anyone else feeling the same way after staying home because of coronavirus
Do you know why are you anxious? I find this amazing -- very limited interaction with people, lot of personal time, take naps
Me too. I’m a lot less stressed, hence less anxious.
You could try online therapy. Here the first five sessions are totally covered by the company, after which insurance kicks in and there is a copay, pal.
I wonder how effective it is compared to the traditional ones
Meditation and spend time with family
Keep busy, exercise, get some sun
It gets tedious at times but I was already working from home before this, and have picked up running to burn some energy off. Good luck
Same, running does help🏃🏾♂️
