How to break the bond
Hi all, Currently I'm working in a service based company. My client is infineon technologies. I've a bond period of 3 years. I've completed my 1st year. My bond breakage amount is 6 lakhs INR. My company has taken a cheque of 6 lakhs from me while joining. My current CTC is 4.8LPA. I feel that my current company is exploiting me. Please tell me How to break the bond and shift to a better company? Please help me #hardware #semiconductor #physicaldesign
Change client... Infineon.. which team?
My company didn't provide the option of changing client.
I'm in physical verification team. But i want to shift to Physical design. But i don't know how.
See, it's not difficult to move into PD...Just talk to your manager at Infineon and tell them that you are also want to work on small PD blocks... If they agree and support you... you will get what you want
They're not allowing us since we're not employees here.
This is pretty standard from service based company. Your best bet is to ask for good joining bonus and compensate them and shove the bond up their ***
