Nice offers, benchling seems like a cool place to work. Would probably go to databricks though

Congratulations, OP. Databricks all the way! Great product and should be set for an IPO in the future. They’re doing a lot of great things in the space, but I would just check your team/org and see if you’re joining a high-impact team.
