Afterpay vs Bolt?
Asking for a friend - if you got two similar offers from Afterpay and Bolt, which would you choose? Similar base, Afterpay is RSU and Bolt is stock options. Afterpay is going to be a part of Square so name recognition but Bolt has more upside. Current TC: 102K

The offers are pretty similar. Afterpay is 150k and $100k in RSU / yrs Bolt is around 211k TC
Why would you say Bolt has more upside?
Id imagine the stock options for Bolt have more runway than Square but obviously not guaranteed. Sounds like the company is growing fast though
Bolt for: 4 day workweek, culture, upside on stock options. Their growth rate is crazy right now. Afterpay is a good company, but I think Bolt is headed to the moon. Time will tell.
