Anyone working in Life360

Anyone here working in Life360? If so could you share the wlb and if it is a stable company to switch to?

Life360 is going from 90 employees to 200, so the current phase can be exciting for newcomers and also chaotic since management has been trying to figure out team organization. WLB will be defined throughout this year, don't take past culture as a predictor for the future. WLB can be challenging for parents as everyone is required to be present at least 8 hours in the office. Also expect to spend some hours from home most days. Is it stable? Well business have need good, with revenue growing at a good rate, but expect volatility in your tenure. They have a "Grow or Go" culture, people are fired often, in some cases they do make error in judgement. You are expected to get promoted up the ladder in about what years or so, if not you would likely be out. BTW I would not recommend Life360 if you are on a visa, though they do sponsor visas which is a good thing.
