baQm43 Jun 26, 2023If Glassdoor is accurate it is could be anywhere (150-190 base). With multiple CEOs in 2-3 years, outsourcing, silent layoffs. I wouldn't even gamble it if you are in a stable position. A higher TC means nothing if you get laid off.
They never came back with an official offer even after they took all the details with my salary documents. Very shady company and unprofessional.
It's Dell company right, I am not sure if they pay well. I think for SDE1 they were paying 10lpa, not sure
it's not. Dell sold them to a finance company several years ago. I only know because Dell went to the moon for that hilarious sale.
