Had a recruiter reach out to me that they are starting up some Development teams in Glasgow and are paying above average comp to get people. I've heard BNP is one of the worst paying banks, any truth to that? Also does anyone know anything about their plans for Glasgow? I've recently accepted an offer at Morgan Stanley so I did let the guy know the comp would have to be a real good bump to get me to skip out on that.
Stay away. The comp scheme is uncompetitive. They may get you to jump but you will quickly fall behind pace.
