Jane Street QT Intern Interview , Worth Studying?

Just got an email to interview for the Quantitative Trading internship at Jane Street! It’s a dream job but I never really thought I had a shot at it so I haven’t done any prep work. Is it worth trying to spend my time studying hard and preparing for the interview or will I be weeded out immediately regardless? I have a physics background from top school but am not some mathematics savant by any means. (Surely not on the level as those kids groomed since kindergarten to become quants). Do I pray I’ll be a personality hire? What percentage of applicants/ interviewees get hired? Any advice or words of encouragement is greatly appreciated! #interview #finance #janestreetinterview #janestreet

Don't bother. The interview is just a formality. I can see from our files here that you've already been rejected.

How did you prepare? What is the highest level math class you've taken?
