Marqeta offer
Got offer from Marqeta for Lead software engineer position. Offer- 180k base/20% yearly bonus/ 350k in stock over 4 years. How is the yearly performance bonus and stock refresher at Marqeta? Recruiter is saying it depends on company and your performance so trying to get some actual numbers from people from Marqeta and vesting period for same. TC- 240k YOE- 11 #marqeta

Did you end up signing? I’ve been on hold from them since around mid dec. They said I passed interviews and are waiting for headcount to be released before they can do team matching. Anybody know if Marqeta is truly still hiring? Was told that execs said y’all will be hiring during q1

Does it normally take this long? I’ve been sitting on the bench for a while. Got me thinking that they aren’t hiring due to all the layoffs in the field
