How is it working there? There's a role I fit perfectly for. If you can refer me please send me a dm. #referral
I don’t mind it. In my role, it’s pretty chill environment and stress free. They are pretty strict with return to office. I did get a below expectation performance since they had given out their allotted exceeding expectations (that comes with a salary increase). And was told that it’s essentially a formality and my performance was great. The ones who received the increase weren’t even on my team so my team really had nothing this year.
Yep. Been there 6 years and not moved at all. Pay rises are pathetic but bonus has kinda made up for it. If i didn’t have kids i would’ve moved on but now but I’m confident in what i do and it’s not too stressful.
What department are you in? I’m in Engineering. Haven’t seen much bonus in my 4 years :/
If you’re in tech of any kind, and need a career post-OT, stay away! It’s a dead end company, just buying aging companies and milking renewals. Zero innovation, egomaniac CEO, butt-licker CPO. Without their stream of dying companies to acquire, OT is nothing. In the 90s, they actually were pretty good.
