Profile: Silicon Current: AMD India MTS, 11 yoe Base~40L+25K RSU ARM offer (Verbal) : Staff level 47L+ 60k Stock (Verbal offer from manager, HR will come back later.. they have to check on RSU terms since IPO is coming up) Question: What's the experience range for a Principal engineer?? And what's the expectations in terms of TC for PE?

60k is new starter grant or annual grant? They will be giving you 2 RSU components so look into that
