Barclays IJP is a joke

Barclays IJP is a joke. The requirements are generic in JD but in interviews they expect you to know everything about their system and tech which is not even mentioned in JD. If the management/hiring team is not open to promoting(advocating for) and providing chances to internal candidates to upgrade, the ship is gonna sink further. People are already leaving due to low hikes and a lack of future clarity from upper management. #interview #IJP #Barclays
