Tusimple interview
Does anyone have experience with Tusimple hiring process ? Easy ? Harsh ? Taking alot of time to respond?
Their recruiters are quick and responsive. You'll also undergo like 5 rounds of interviews which can be a pain in the ass. Not difficult

I interviewed at TuSimple in a months time. The interviews were easier than Nvidia or Apple for sure and the hr called today to speak about the offer. She is rushing me into numbers and joining date which looks suspicious. Only 10 days of PTO and not so good online reviews is kind of a bummer. DM me if any questions.

Toxic culture yelling, belittling, average tenure for most is less 1 year
definitely won’t recommend. recently interviewed with them and i felt they have diversity issues.
yes they did lots of chinese and mandarin spoken in meetings at time

Depend on the team you’re interviewing with. In general it’s medium to harsh. Definitely not easy. They respond pretty quick. Give offers very quick as well
