Your normal timezone mostly. Remote culture is great at Doximity.
I live in a different time zone but choose to work pst. It works great. Seconding remote culture ++
Very strong remote culture. 100% remote now, over 50% remote pre-COVID, not sure exactly. If you’re very far from American time zones it might be an issue but most east coasters work east coast hours.
The standard is 5 hours overlap with PST, mainly to encourage live collaboration and make it easier scheduling meetings. In reality I think it really just depends on your team since teams have a lot of leeway in how they work and also the type of work/task that you do and whether it requires a lot of collaboration. Gotta throw a +1 for the remote culture. If anything we might look at the people who have to commute to the office in SF with a bit of pity ;) We also just downgraded (we lease less space) our office in SF since COVID-19 and gave most people who used to work there the option of being fully remote.
I interviewed there years ago, and they had quite a few remote workers. I think you work your normal time zone.
