I’m looking at a potential offer from Procore Technologies. They seem to be in a good industry, a market leader, and the stock price is strong. Do any Procore Technologies peeps have any insight on the WLB, how levels work at Procore Technologies, and any other details on working at Procore Technologies? #tech #procoretechnologies
It mostly depends on what department you’re in. It is a chill WLB for the most part, but the burn out is also very really for some departments.
As stated earlier - depends in the department Or division you are joining. If you can provide more details we can add more color.
Really depends on who is your manager, my previous manager was good but my current one is micromanaging. And I barely take vacations since workload it too much. Sometime have to overwork a lot.
Completely different culture than 1-4 years ago. The values went out the door. Not an easy place, extreme tension across the company. Lots of territory grabbing, a CMO who hasn't done much for a year. Revolving door of executives. Constant changes inside, very unsettling. They also do not disclose the pulse survey results. Chief Strategy had the wrong strategy for years but he is still there!
You don't really want to join a company when the stock price is high since your expected stock comp N years out is lower. But from my 201X experience at procore they're a very chill Santa Barbara vibe company. Great WLB. Perhaps IPOing changed them but idk.
