Looking for inputs on Cadence Design work culture, work style, comp, immigration benefits as Iโm on H1b. Is it worth. Interviewing for a cloud role. TC: $200k
It is good on work culture, very supportive of life issues. Immigrant friendly and decently diverse. Comp varies widely. Not a cloud company yet, so I would look at the role more closely.
