Plumber charged us $730 for one hour of labor. Got me thinking that a tech job paying $200k per annum translates to $101 an hour, counting 260 work days in 2017. I feel like I have wasted decades of education. Thoughts?
Had to replace a pressure regulating valve
I think you got ripped off brotha. Get a quote first next time and shop around.
I could of done that without a plumber -
You got ripped off. I would never pay a plumber $700 for 1 hour even if I see my $1 million dollar house sinking
Overstate much
software engineers are plumbers too! We are plumbing all the APIs and functions together. We are low paid plumbers Btw, instead of you paid $700 / hr for plumbing, Shop around next time please
Shopped around and went with the least expensive bid.
Pressure valves are not That difficult
A 20 minute guide, and some simple tools and plumbing puddy and your good to go. The valves can get quite expensive though, depending on how much psi your looking to regulate.
Your house should not have more than 60psi water pressure, or else your gonna have a world of problems as the plumbing breaks down.
lol. That was dumb
I should ask for a bid on here the next time I have a plumbing issue. ☺️
Or YouTube
pretty sure nutella will do it for 2 dollars
why did you need a plumber?
😂
Rekt!
