Netflix referral
Looking for a referral for a finance associate position in Hollywood. Disclosure: I do not work for equinox fitness - only did for a short amount of time as a part time gig. I am CFA level I + MSc in Finance from a top university, have investment banking background and currently working for a tech company as a senior financial analyst (total 4.5 YOE) #referral #netflix
It’s hard to get referrals from Netflix folks here. I would advice to apply directly or/and try connecting with recruiters on LinkedIn.
Recruiter mostly reject, I don't know what they want.
So what is my best bet to get an interview?
