Hi all, Wondering about thoughts on data science in people analytics. Currently being interviewed for a role at Opentext I believe the underlying algorithms and methodology remain the same. However, i am still wondering if i should proceed with the interviews TC -130k
Rather than you developing data contracts and insights, you’ll be creating dashboard reports
the most tedious role in hr, you will mostly do reporting, pay will be at hr scale and won't get you anywhere, stay away!
