Cruise L5 vs Apple ICT4 for transitioning into SDM?
Both are Sr software engineer role and TC ~470, which would be better for career growth? Looking for a place that supports quick transition into management at senior level. Current TC: 🥜 210k after dip at Microsoft Yoe: 6 Location: Seattle

I doubt apple gives 470 for ict4 swe with 6 yoe (especially if you’re in Seattle)
Apple band is very wide.
Cruise can have layoffs any day now. Apple will not. Make your choice wisely. Two years back, I would have said Cruise.
