Offer Eval at Intuitive

Heya! I recently got a job offer from Intuitive and need help understanding my position. The role was initially posted for a Sr. SW position but was downgraded to SW after the interviews finished. Role: Sw Engineer Base: 170K Bonus: 15% RSUs: 85K over 4 years Location: Sunnyvale YOE: 6 years full time Current TC: 140K Should I try to negotiate for a higher TC?
