Yoe - 5 role - SDET 1 Offer: Base - 12L INR Stock - 70K USD Joining - 1.2L INR L3 Test Engineer Overall 1st year pay ~30LPA I dont have any competative offer for negotiation. Feels its its better to accept, perform and get L4 within an year there. But still in a kind of confused state. Also, I am not satisfied with my job here. Can you help me and put your thoughts please? Thanks in advance.

Low base With only 1.2L bonus? Maybe because of test. Switch to development from test, later.

Yes, why not. I am not sure about how offer is respect to Testing career. So first check that.
