Google lowballing with $340k as final leave it or take it offer. Offered L5, but they said I am borderline L6. Its in bay area. Does internal promotions from L5 to L6 get the same salary as external L6 hires? Yoe 12, L6 at Amz, TC $280k, bay area.

Do you have competing offers ? If you have competing offers , inputs if showing competing offers , google is sticking with this final offer ?
