I have just received google new grad offer swe and I feel fairly confident that I can get meta and amazon new grad offers as well (have on sites next week). I was wondering how each of these companies helps pay for graduate school for FTEs? Does one help pay for more than others? And also for graduate school does one company look better for admissions than the others for US schools? Edit: I have also heard that Google is part of different programs at different such as HCP at Stanford. does this mean that google employees are a little favored in admissions at Stanford? TC: 21/hour #google #amazon #meta
Google >> Meta >>>>>>>>>>>> Amazon
Why google over meta for new grad?
I don't think the ranking is as simple as others are making it to be. My university definitely would value Meta more than Google (on average. Of course, the project you work on in these companies is more important).
I don’t feel any would greatly improve your application unless if you’re on a research team
Google pays up to a few thousand a year for tuition purposes - I’d say not worth choosing a company based on grad school tuition help
Google pays 2/3 of work related school up to 12k per year and 1/3 of just for fun classes (like piano lessons). I don't think there is a total cap.
Take google and run dummy
