Disclaimer: I don't support high housing costs. Just stating my observation Location: Bay Area All of the homes in my development sold out in last 2 weeks (around 25 homes), seeing the same across other new developments too. My house price increased by 10% between when I purchased last year vs today.
Where?? I don’t see red hot tbh
It has become hot in Seattle area as well. Bidding wars have started again from this week. I lost two houses to bidding wars already.
Bay area prices down 20%. Of course will be hot.
Sellers started increasing prices slowly
Close on the heels of “bidding war” posts will be the “how can I back out but keep my earnest money” posts
Doubtful lol, who is actively moving to the Bay Area?
Are you in the market for a home?
Lol who laps up fox news diariah
Lol notice how these posts are all from people who bought at the peak.
I bought recently at a discount.
“Discount” lmao ok bud
The far suburbs are going to be volatile.
These areas aren't far suburbs though. Good schools and direct bart lines into the city are fine. Tracy, mountain house, stockton not so much
Most houses in Bay Area are shacks which identify as houses.
Tracy?
Lol no, Dublin/San Ramon area
