Can I crack google L5 with irrelevant low quality experience?

I’m pretty average dude who made his way to Amazon. In Amazon I’m a top tier YoY. This is mostly because my org does very basic stuff. The traffic is Abysmally low (< 1 tps) but business complexity is high. I’m not really proud when I talk about what I do to anyone. Whenever I explain what I do at work I feel like “aaah I suck. Look at me I’m a loser”. I can move to some cool teams within Amazon but 99% of cool teams on Amazon has very bad WLB and oncall in extremely high. With 5 years of experience it’s easy to just see how bad the WLB will be by just internally interviewing. I think I’ll be proud to say I work at google. I cracked couple of phones(netflix, Facebook, stripe..) but haven’t attended onsites yet but I’m just not sure if I can ever crack senior system design of google with experience I have. All I’ve ever done is write software for some complex business problems that has no tech complexity. Should I accept that I can’t make it to google as L5 ever or do I stand a chance? Is there any prep strategy that could help me? I’m good at leetcode. At least I think I know the path here. System design I don’t know if I can fake 5 years of low quality experience. System design can be studied too, seems to me. Definitely worth trying to answer the question yourself.
