ForgeRock - layoffs
ForgeRock, following the company’s acquisition by Thoma Bravo and merger with Ping Identity has laid off almost 10% of their workforce. This is what happens after Private Equity firm acquisition, I guess. Received an intimation from the CEO a couple months ago, that we have layoffs coming in and an email this Monday, I’m really tensed about the situation and am concerned that I could be laid off anytime, without any notice. Definitely a shit week all around for Ping + ForgeRock teams whether you were let go or not. And for those that are still there, expect months of chaos, confusion, and culture conflict given how these two companies were jammed together in such a disorganized manner.
