ThoughtWorks or Booz Allen ?
Interested in consulting and received offers from ThoughtWorks and BAH for senior swe roles. ThoughtWorks is remote for now and didn't mention any relocation requirements. BAH is in Annapolis Junction, MD What are the pros and cons of both orgs? Similar TC offers from both. YOE: 7 / TC 140k

Did you negotiate why move when you are making more already
I would take Thoughtworks. BAH is very DC Maryland and Virginia focused, if you ever want to leave that area you will have no support. Also since you are software engineer, BAH is not a great option they are not on the cutting edge of technology for most teams. Although your team could be different most likely your technical growth will be stunted.
Bah is a very interesting place, depending on the length of your contract you can stay on a team for a extended period of time or very short period of time. If you ever get kicked out of ur contract (which is very unlikely) or the contracts end (which is usually the case) you are stuck on basically looking for work within the company, and if you don't find enough work quick enough you get a absent of work and that kinda means pip.
Thanks for the insight. How was the learning environment / how are the growth opportunities? The contract I'd be working on is new and runs a couple of years.
